He also took the time to suggest a longer-term solution that would prevent future issues, rather than a quick fix, which I really appreciated. When Craig returned for the chimney cleaning, he noticed early signs of cracking in the grout and recommended sealing the chimney. He explained everything clearly and thoughtfully, which made me confident it was the right call. He was able to come back quickly and take care of it without hassle. Craig is highly recommended, we needed someone in an emergency chimney repair service found Craig's company online. needed a retaining wall done for a customer I was doing a septic system for. Craig did a beautiful stone wall along with steps and a walk way.
