At the time, we had a child in the hospital, and when I shared that with Craig, he responded with genuine empathy. That meant a lot to us and immediately showed the kind of person he is. He also took the time to suggest a longer-term solution that would prevent future issues, rather than a quick fix, which I really appreciated. When Craig returned for the chimney cleaning, he noticed early signs of cracking in the grout and recommended sealing the chimney. He explained everything clearly and thoughtfully, which made me confident it was the right call. He was able to come back quickly and take care of it without hassle. We love using our fireplace during the winter, and it’s been a great feeling going into the season knowing everything is safe and in good working order. needed a retaining wall done for a customer I was doing a septic system for. Craig did a beautiful stone wall along with steps and a walk way.
